    Finding and booking a DJ, musician, public speaker, comedian, magician, etc. has never been easier.
AMX Events is a perfect national booking agency whether you book one event per year or thousands. We have has the best booking tools available online, saving you time, telephone/fax costs, and hassle. When you send a booking request, nothing is final until both parties agree on all the details, and you can negotiate online! You can quickly access all the details at any time. You can even use your own contracts (optional) and save them online in your profile.


    If your event is public, we’ll automatically promote it for you to other event-listing sites, saving you time and increasing awareness.
You can also send inquiries with one click to multiple performers for auditions, availability notices, or casual requests.
Booking entertainment is relationship-oriented. You may still want to call the performer, view their demo kit, and build the relationship, but leave the administrative stuff to AMX Events.

 

 

1) Find the right performer:

  • Let us know the type of performer you are looking for, amount of hours and budget.

2) Select a location (venue):

  • If the location for your gig or event is private or undecided, you can select a private venue. If you give an address, only you and the performer will see it, linked to a map for directions!

  • If the location is a public venue, add this information with your request so we can forward to our clients in the area so they will recieve an email update of forthcoming event(s) after you book with AMX Events!

3) Negotiate from the privacy of your inbox:

  • We will will respond and possibly negotiate the details, and only when you we agree it becomes a done deal, or a “gig”. Then it gets automatically added to our calendar plus the venue's!
     
  • After the gig is over, you can rate the performer on a three-aspect scale (e.g. draw/attendance, timeliness, easy to work with).

At AMX Events, you can specify exactly the types of talent that do well in that venue, and quickly review and decide by linking to performers online media kits. So you’ll get more of the right requests and less of the wrong ones. With one click, you can decline inquiries that aren't appropriate. There’s always that ideal performer who just might be passing through town and want to stop in. Plus, you can efficiently manage performances, no more faxing maps, directions, etc. Your gig calendar is automatically updated whenever you book something, and you can link to the calendar from your own Web site, or use your venue profile as your Web site if you don't have one.

If you don't feel comfortable booking a particular performer, call us or email us at info@allmusicxpress.com.  AMX Events lists talent buyers who claim to book a particular performer on the performer's profile page. For venues, talent buyers are listed when you try to book a venue and AMX Events asks you if you're authorized.
